The New Zealand Petroleum Club is a forum for upstream organisations and the wider energy sector with interest in operations in New Zealand.
A quarterly invite-only meeting based in New Plymouth, it brings together permit holders/operators, explorers, rig owners, key infrastructure providers, regulators, government and key service companies, to discuss upcoming activity and share information for mutual benefit and the advancement of the industry in New Zealand.
The purpose of the New Zealand Petroleum Club is to share information for the purposes of co-ordinating resource sharing and farm-in opportunities for the benefit of all parties for future operations.
It is intended that the exchange of information would be fair and equitable among all participants. The New Zealand Petroleum Club is a meeting of members to exchange views and full participation is actively encouraged.
Attendance at the New Zealand Petroleum Club is approved by Freeman. Meeting only and annual memberships are available and can be discussed with the Freeman team by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
